Vinay Kapur is the senior vice president of service for KONE Americas. In his role, he is responsible for leading the service business strategy across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
Kapur brings extensive international business leadership, operations, sales and marketing experience to this role, including most recently serving as senior vice president of marketing and communications for KONE Americas since 2022, and prior to that serving more than five years as District Vice President of Western Canada for KONE. Before joining KONE, he has worked across multiple geographies in leadership roles for other manufacturing and industrial companies.
Kapur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, a Master’s of Business Administration specializing in International Business from the University of Queensland and has completed the Executive General Management program from INSEAD
