Jeff Blum is the senior vice president of the U.S. West and Canada. In this role, he is responsible for safety, customer loyalty, employee engagement, quality and the overall positive development of the new equipment, modernization and service businesses across these geographic areas. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jeff has proven himself as a dynamic, customer-driven leader through a series of progressive profit and loss, as well as functional roles within KONE. Jeff has deep experience in understanding and serving customers in commercial real estate development, construction and facility management.
Jeff has held numerous leadership positions within KONE, including director of service for the pacific southwest region, branch manager for the northern California branch, global marketing manager – escalators, vice president of new equipment for the west region, senior vice president of business development for KONE Americas, and most recently senior vice president for the U.S. west region.
Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University, and holds his master’s in business administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
