Talking about our customer journey with IBM

Across my 37 years at KONE, I’ve been amazed to see how progressive we continue to become, all with an aim to improve the flow of urban life.

We’ve been capturing data on the performance of elevators for decades. Today, though, that information is being turned into insight that helps our technicians and our customers maximize the uptime of their equipment. That’s the power of our work together with IBM Watson.

I recently had the opportunity to share more about this journey with IBMers and their enterprise customers at the IBM IOT Exchange in Orlando. It’s a prideful opportunity to see KONE at the center of progressing in our industry, with meaningful solutions that help our customers.
